Victor Lasher is the CEO and Co-Founder of LJE Landscaping, having led the company since its founding in 2023. With a passion for precision and hard work, Victor’s favorite part of landscaping is mowing lawns, where he finds satisfaction in creating neat, polished outdoor spaces. As a business student at Millersville University, he brings both youthful energy and a strong commitment to growing the company.
BEN ZOLLERS (COO)
Ben Zollers is the Controller and Chief Operations Officer of LJE Landscaping, where he also oversees marketing and IT, as well as daily operations. He joined the company in July 2024 and has since played a key role in its day-to-day success and strategic growth. As a senior at Hatboro-Horsham High School, Ben brings energy and passion to both his academic and professional life. He loves talking business and going on adventures with his family and friends in his free time.
